Provide awake overnight monitoring and medical support for a youth with complex needs, including diabetes monitoring, PAP equipment support, medication tasks, and personal care. Prepare the youth for school, communicate with guardians and the multidisciplinary team, and maintain accurate care plans, reports, and shift documentation.

Provide individualized, trauma-informed support to children under 12 with Autism Spectrum Disorder in home and community settings, implementing IPP goals and behaviour strategies while building communication, self-regulation, social participation, and daily living skills. Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary partners, support access to services and community participation, and maintain documentation and individualized safety plans.
