Position Type: Seasonal Contract, Part-Time & Full-Time Positions Available Hours of Work: Variable - Monday through Sunday, days and evenings (closed Tuesdays) – Holidays, as required Location: Orono, Ontario Reporting to: Food Services Supervisor and Food Services Manager Start Date: December 2026 (Training may begin November 2026) At Brimacombe ski area we don’t just offer skiing and snowboarding, we offer a place for all ages to get outside, enjoy the fresh air and create memorable family experiences! We are currently seeking outgoing, customer-focused team members to help us turn everyday visits into wonderful winter memories. As part of our Food Services team, you will take an important role in creating unforgettable customer experiences, as well as defining the culture of our team. Key Responsibilities: Welcoming all guests and sharing your knowledge about the resort Delivering fast, accurate and friendly service to all customers Maintaining operational & kitchen areas including restocking workstations and prep work Ensuring high-level customer service, following all critical standards for food service and preparation and exceeding customer expectations for cleanliness, comfort, convenience & quality Delivering support in the prevention/resolution of customer issues Ready to take on any challenge or help other team members when needed Qualifications: 15 years of age or older Positive and enthusiastic attitude Customer satisfaction-oriented Strong verbal communication skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a team player Experience in a high volume food service environment preferred, but not required Valid Ontario-approved Food Handlers Certificate is an asset, but not required To Apply: Please complete an electronic application by clicking the APPLY button associated with this posting. Requirements
Candidates must be at least 15 years of age and possess a positive, enthusiastic attitude with strong verbal communication skills. While previous high-volume food service experience and a Food Handlers Certificate are considered assets, they are not strictly required.
