Job details

Company Description Broaddly is a digital out-of-home (DOOH) advertising platform that gives local businesses predictable, hyper-local visibility by placing their brand directly in front of passengers inside rideshare vehicles across Metro Vancouver. Instead of relying on complex algorithms or bidding systems, Broaddly offers silent, full-color in-vehicle screen ads at a flat monthly rate that are impossible to skip. The platform is designed for community-based businesses such as clinics, real estate agents, and fitness studios that want steady brand presence without pay-per-click uncertainty. Based in Metro Vancouver, BC, Broaddly also prioritizes community impact by providing free placements for missing persons alerts, emergency notifications, and local non-profits. Role Description This part-time, Commission-Based B2B Sales Expert role is located in Vancouver, BC and focuses on launching and growing Broaddly’s presence with local business clients. The person in this role will identify and prospect potential advertisers such as clinics, real estate offices, and fitness studios, conduct outreach, schedule meetings, and deliver tailored sales presentations that clearly explain Broaddly’s DOOH offering and fixed-pricing model. Day-to-day activities include managing a pipeline of leads, negotiating deals, closing contracts, and providing post-sale support to ensure a positive customer experience. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to refine messaging, gather feedback from clients, and contribute insights to improve the pilot launch strategy in Metro Vancouver. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Sales skills, including B2B sales development, lead generation, and deal closing in a commission-based environment. Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident online and in-person presentation abilities. Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Experience skills to build trust, handle inquiries, and maintain long-term relationships with local business clients. Candidates should possess presentation experience, preferably with local businesses or SMBs, and comfort working in an online and on-site, client-facing role. Proven track record meeting or exceeding sales targets, particularly in advertising, media, or technology solutions, is highly beneficial. Strong understanding of the local Metro Vancouver business landscape and willingness to travel within the region for client meetings. Self-directed work style, resilience in a startup or pilot environment, and ability to operate effectively with limited structure. Previous experience in DOOH, OOH, or digital advertising, and valid authorization to work in Canada, are considered assets.
