We are seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join one of our Canadian brokerage partners. This role will manage and service a commercial insurance portfolio while partnering closely with clients, Producers, Account Executives, and insurance carriers. We are open to candidates located in Huntsville, Cochrane and surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day servicing of assigned commercial accounts. Build and maintain strong client and carrier relationships. Prepare submissions, applications, renewals, certificates, endorsements, and policy documentation. Coordinate renewals, policy changes, endorsements, and other servicing needs. Review coverage and policies to identify discrepancies and opportunities. Obtain and evaluate quotes, coverage options, and terms from carriers. Support Producers with new business, renewals, and client retention. Maintain accurate account information and documentation within brokerage systems. Provide responsive, knowledgeable service to clients and internal partners. Qualifications 3+ years of personal lines insurance experience. Strong knowledge of personal Property & Casualty insurance. Experience managing a personal lines book of business. Strong communication, organization, and client-service skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and insurance brokerage management systems. Licensing Active provincial general insurance/broker license appropriate to the location of employment is required. For Ontario roles, RIBO licensing at the level appropriate for the position is required. Licensing in additional Canadian provinces is an asset. CIP or CAIB designation is preferred.
