Your contributions to the team include: Maintaining entrances and hallways Month-end cleaning of appliances, walls, carpets, blinds, windows, baseboards, lighting, bathroom, and cupboards Attending pre-move-out and annual inspections to provide cleaning estimates Completing small repairs such as painting or changing lights as required Supporting the general maintenance of the building’s exterior Other duties as required What you need to be successful: Knowledge of various cleaning products Basic computer skills Ability to travel between sites as required What we offer: Employees enjoy a wide range of benefits and competitive reward. The cleaner is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of building interiors, including hallways, appliances, and common areas. They also perform minor repairs and assist with building inspections and exterior maintenance.

Candidates must have knowledge of various cleaning products and possess basic computer skills. The ability to travel between different apartment sites as required is also necessary.
