We are currently looking for a MEP Project Coordinator to join our construction team. Vacancy Status: Future Opportunity What you will do as an MEP Project Coordinator at Broccolini: Assist the Project Manager in organizing and coordinating all MEP aspects of the construction projects Provide a high-level support in the tendering phase (liaison with subcontractors to obtain pricing and update trade lists) Coordinate and follow—up on plans and shop drawings, Attend project meetings and prepare minutes for review by the MEP Project Manager and ensure timely distribution to the team Manage change orders and ensure the construction site is aware of changes as soon as possible Receive, generate, track and respond to the requests for information (RFI) using construction management software Provide support as required to the site and Health and Safety team What You Will Bring: Minimum of 3-5 years of MEP construction experience or an equivalent combination of technical training and experience. The MEP Project Coordinator will assist the Project Manager in organizing and coordinating all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) aspects of construction projects, including managing tendering support and shop drawing coordination. Key duties involve managing change orders, tracking RFIs using construction management software, attending meetings, and providing support to the site and Health and Safety team.

Candidates must possess a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in MEP construction or equivalent technical training, along with an engineering degree or technical diploma in Mechanical or Electrical fields. A strong understanding of MEP systems, basic knowledge of Architectural & Civil aspects, and familiarity with contract terms and financials are essential.
