We are currently looking for a Site Superintendent to join our construction team. Vacancy Status: Future Opportunity (24 month contract) What does it look like to be a Site Superintendent at Broccolini: Coordinate day-to-day site activities to ensure work meets contract documents, schedules, and quality standards Support health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance, including orientations, inspections, and safety talks Manage and document site activities, including daily logs, worker hours, materials, equipment, and deliveries Assist with project scheduling (MS Project), risk management, and issue resolution Collaborate with project teams, consultants, and authorities to address site challenges and maintain progress Supervise, mentor, and coach field staff while promoting a safe and productive work environment.
