Job summary

The Manufacturing Analyst is responsible for inputting production and packaging data into Excel and tracking efficiency metrics. They must also monitor production output, ensure safety protocols are followed, and report any equipment or quality issues.

Roles & Responsibilities Inputting all production and packaging paperwork into Excel reporting. Inputting all production and packaging labour into Excel reporting. Work on efficiency tracking in all forms. Be able to be a self starter and be pro active in creating reports. Monitor production to ensure output targets are consistently met. Complete all required reporting documentation in a timely and accurate manner. Follow all company safety rules and procedures, including lockout/tagout protocols, and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) while I Production / Packaging areas. Promptly report equipment issues, quality concerns, or safety hazards to Supervisors, Team Leaders, and QA. Be able to create and present reports on efficiencies. Maintain a clean and organized work area to support efficiency, food safety, and workplace safety. Support the training of new or cross-training team members as assigned. Perform other duties and projects as assigned. Qualifications Must have very good knowledge of Excel and creating Excel documents. Strong attention to detail. Ability to complete documentation accurately. Ability to communicate effectively with team members. Willingness to wok PM shift occasionally as required for reporting projects. A positive attitude with eagerness to learn and improve processes. A team player capable of initiating corrective actions in a constructive manner.
