What You'll Be Doing You'll support strategic sourcing and contract management activities across a range of categories, helping deliver value for money while maintaining excellent governance and compliance standards. Your Responsibilities Will Include Supporting procurement and sourcing projects from initiation through to completion Conducting market research and supplier analysis Analysing commercial, procurement and spend data Supporting supplier engagement and relationship management Assisting with contract management activities Ensuring procurement activity complies with policy and legislative requirements Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders Supporting continuous improvement across procurement processes What You'll Bring We're looking for someone with strong commercial awareness, a curious mindset and a desire to develop within procurement. You'll Have Experience in a procurement, commercial or purchasing environment Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify insights Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities Strong communication and relationship-building abilities Good Microsoft Office skills An understanding of procurement principles and processes Experience working with digital systems such as ERP, CRM or MRP platforms GCSEs and A Levels (or equivalent) are essential. CIPS membership or working towards CIPS would be advantageous. What's in it for you?
