You’ll help minimize downtime, extend equipment life, and uphold the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance. 🛠️ What You’ll Do Mechanical Maintenance & Repairs Perform routine, preventative, and corrective maintenance on mechanical systems (motors, pumps, conveyors, HVAC, irrigation, production machinery) Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues quickly and effectively to reduce downtime Install, align, adjust, and replace mechanical components as needed Inspections & Preventative Maintenance Conduct regular inspections and document findings Execute preventative maintenance programs in line with schedules and SOPs Identify risks, wear, and inefficiencies—proactively recommending improvements Safety & Compliance Follow all safety protocols, including lockout/tagout procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Report hazards, near misses, and incidents promptly Documentation & Communication Accurately complete maintenance logs, work orders, and parts tracking Communicate equipment status and repair timelines clearly with team members Contribute insights to continuous improvement initiatives Collaboration & Support Partner with Operations, Production, and Facilities teams to prioritize work Support emergency repairs and occasional off-hours maintenance Assist with contractor coordination when required ✅ What You Bring Required: High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of hands-on mechanical maintenance experience (industrial, manufacturing, agricultural, or similar environments) Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to read mechanical drawings and schematics Comfortable using tools and diagnostic equipment Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in varied environments Nice to Have: Technical diploma (Mechanical Maintenance, Millwright, Industrial Mechanics, etc.) Experience with CMMS systems Welding, fabrication, or basic electrical skills Valid driver’s license 🌟 What Sets You Apart Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail A proactive, solutions-focused mindset Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Clear communication and team collaboration skills A commitment to safety in everything you do 🌾 Working Environment Hands-on, on-site role May include shift work, weekends, or on-call support Exposure to active production environments, machinery, and varying conditions 📈 How You’ll Succeed Your success will be measured by: Equipment uptime and reliability Completion of preventative maintenance schedules Safety performance and incident reduction Quality and timeliness of repairs and documentation 🚀 Why Join BTN?
