Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, trade partners, and municipal authorities to support product development, resolve construction and permitting questions, and improve drawing workflows and speed to market.

Manage land development projects from production planning and detailed design through regulatory approvals and civil construction oversight. Oversee contracts, project costs, budgets, cash forecasts, consultant and contractor performance, reporting, and relationships with authorities, partners, customers, and community residents.

Develop and manage Alberta Homes’ annual marketing strategy and budget, leading integrated campaigns, community launches, digital initiatives, and customer experience programs. Lead the Marketing and Online Sales teams, optimize lead generation and conversion, manage agency and platform partnerships, and measure performance against business objectives.

Lead the homeowner selections process and appointments, coordinating documentation, custom options, spec lot selections, studio displays, and product information to deliver a positive customer experience within operational timelines. Maintain design studio systems and reports, analyze product performance, manage forecasts and material reselections, issue purchase orders, and provide contract administration support.

Prepare and maintain estimates, material take-offs, purchase orders, cost comparisons, budgets, and pricing for custom requests and standard options. Support tendering and contract awards, process change orders, review cost variances, and coordinate with construction teams, trade partners, suppliers, and internal departments to address project issues.
