About the Role Reporting to the Vice President, Business Applications, the Senior Project Manager will plan and lead the execution of strategic, cross-functional projects within the Business Services Group, with a primary focus on enterprise resource planning (ERP), treasury management systems, and enterprise performance management (EPM) solutions. The role will establish clear delivery plans, governance, accountabilities, and decision-making structures while coordinating business, technology, finance, operations, and external partner activities. The successful candidate will combine disciplined project management with a practical, hands-on approach and a strong understanding of finance processes and enterprise applications. They will provide transparent reporting to sponsors and senior leaders, proactively manage risks and dependencies, and guide project teams from strategy and requirements through design, implementation, testing, deployment, stabilization, and benefits realization. Key Responsibilities Project Planning and Delivery Lead ERP, treasury management system, EPM, and related finance transformation projects from initiation through closeout, including scope definition, delivery approach, integrated planning, execution, transition, and post-implementation review. Develop and maintain project charters, integrated workplans, milestones, budgets, resource plans, dependency maps, decision logs, and acceptance criteria. Translate business and finance objectives into practical delivery roadmaps with clear functional, technical, data, integration, testing, change, and deployment workstreams. Coordinate finance, accounting, treasury, business applications, technology, data, security, internal control, vendor, and consulting resources to ensure deliverables are completed to the required quality and schedule. Manage implementations, upgrades, enhancements, integrations, data migrations, testing cycles, cutover, stabilization, and transition to support. Apply predictive, agile, or hybrid delivery approaches based on project needs and manage changes through documented impact assessment, approval, and communication processes. Governance, Risk, and Financial Management Establish project governance, cadence, roles, escalation paths, and decision rights with sponsors and workstream leads. Maintain accurate risk, action, issue, dependency, and decision records, and drive timely mitigation and escalation. Prepare project forecasts, track actuals and commitments, monitor vendor performance, and explain material budget or schedule variances. Ensure project activities address finance process requirements, internal controls, security, data, integrations, compliance, audit, procurement, vendor management, and operational readiness. Facilitate stage gates, steering committee meetings, design decisions, testing readiness reviews, cutover reviews, working sessions, and project health assessments. Stakeholder Leadership and Communication Build trusted relationships with executive sponsors, finance and treasury leaders, functional teams, technology teams, project contributors, and external partners across multiple geographies. Create concise, decision-oriented status reporting covering progress, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, financial position, readiness, and decisions required. Facilitate complex discussions, resolve ambiguity, surface trade-offs, and help stakeholders reach timely decisions. Partner with finance, treasury, accounting, business applications, and change leads to assess impacts, plan communications and training, and support adoption of new processes and systems. Promote accountability by confirming owners, due dates, interdependencies, completion evidence, and acceptance of key deliverables. Project Management Capability Introduce and continuously improve practical project management standards, templates, governance practices, and reporting for the enterprise finance systems portfolio. Coach workstream leads and project contributors on planning, risk management, status reporting, testing governance, cutover readiness, and delivery discipline. Capture lessons learned and reusable assets to improve future ERP, treasury system, EPM, integration, upgrade, and finance transformation initiatives. Support portfolio prioritization and capacity discussions through reliable information on demand, resource constraints, sequencing, and delivery risk. Knowledge and Experience Required Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of eight years of progressive project delivery experience, including responsibility for complex, cross-functional enterprise application initiatives. Demonstrated experience leading ERP, treasury management system, EPM, or comparable enterprise finance application projects with multiple workstreams, senior stakeholders, vendors, dependencies, and competing priorities. Experience with implementations, upgrades, enhancements, integrations, data migrations, testing, cutover, stabilization, and transition to support. Strong knowledge of project governance, planning, budgeting, resource management, risk management, change control, testing governance, cutover planning, and executive reporting. Knowledge of finance processes supported by ERP, treasury, and EPM platforms, such as record to report, procure to pay, order to cash, cash and liquidity management, financial close, consolidation, planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Experience in a global, multi-entity, multi-currency, matrixed, or multi-business finance environment is considered an asset. Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent is preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. French, Portuguese, or Spanish is considered an asset. Requirements
