Farmland & Mineral Asset Specialist Brownstone Resources Ltd. is seeking a motivated and business-minded individual to assist with the management, development, and growth of our farmland and mineral portfolio. This is a unique opportunity for someone with a strong agricultural background who also has an interest in business, land management, investment, and resource development. The successful candidate will work closely with Brownstone's team and will be involved in both the day-to-day administration of our existing assets and the evaluation and development of new opportunities. Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will assist with: Managing Brownstone's farmland portfolio, including agricultural leases, tenant relationships, rental terms, renewals, and land stewardship. Developing strong working relationships with farmers, tenants, landowners, industry partners, and other stakeholders. Reviewing farmland productivity, rental rates, land values, assessment information, and other factors affecting agricultural land performance. Assisting with farmland acquisitions and dispositions, including property evaluation, due diligence, negotiations, and transaction coordination. Monitoring farmland markets and identifying potential acquisition and investment opportunities. Assisting with the administration and development of Brownstone's mineral holdings, including mineral leases, royalties, surface matters, and industry activity affecting Brownstone lands. Reviewing land titles, agreements, maps, ownership information, and other land-related documentation. Tracking key dates, contractual obligations, lease expiries, payments, and development activity. Preparing financial and business analysis to support land, mineral, and investment decisions. Qualifications The ideal candidate will have: A strong agricultural background and a good understanding of farming practices and the agricultural industry. Post-secondary education in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, Land Management, or a related field. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and related business software. The ability to work independently, take initiative, and identify opportunities. A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within Saskatchewan as required. Experience in farmland management, agricultural lending, agribusiness, real estate, land administration, mineral land, oil and gas, or investment management would be considered an asset. Requirements
