We are seeking a driven, self-reliant, and strategic individual to join BRP's North America Dealer Marketing Team as a Dealer Marketing Advisor for one of our five U.S. regions. In this role, you will report to the North America Dealer Marketing Manager and act as a central partner to our dealers, supporting their marketing strategies and helping build and implement BRP's turnkey regional marketing campaigns and initiatives. You will guide dealers with marketing tools, campaign planning, Co-op programs, digital marketing services, and marketing training, ensuring strong alignment with BRP's brand and strategic priorities. YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO: Campaign Strategy & Execution Partner with dealers and regional teams to develop insight-driven marketing campaigns that increase traffic and grow market share. Plan and recommend customized dealer campaigns aligned with specific business goals. Market Insights & Dealer Support Analyze market data and performance trends to understand regional realities. Maintain strong, continuous communication with dealer leadership and staff. Oversee dealer participation in BRP's annual turnkey marketing programs. Brand, Messaging & Creative Collaboration Align messaging and media strategies with regional priorities, trends, and product availability. Ensure consistent use of BRP brand standards and marketing tools. Brief creative agencies on required assets for regional campaigns. Performance Measurement Provide monthly performance updates to internal stakeholders, including insights and recommendations. YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in a marketing or go-to-market role (campaigns, strategy, analytics, sales programs). Fluent or native-level English proficiency (written and spoken). Strong autonomy with the ability to independently identify solutions and resolve issues. Emotional maturity and professionalism; calm and solution-oriented under pressure. Strong project and budget management skills and ability to prioritize multiple initiatives. Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills. Proven ability to build trusted relationships with dealers, sales teams, and partners. Ability to work onsite in Sherbrooke 50% of the time (5 days every 2 weeks). Willingness to travel within your region at least once per quarter. Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced, and agile environments. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. ASSETS: Experience in a media agency, dealership environment, or the powersports/automotive industry. Experience with task management tools (e.g., Asana). French language proficiency (spoken and written).
