We are looking for a Snowmobile Product Support Coordinator who will report to the Product Performance and Quality (PPQ) team, and who’ll act as a technical expert and key partner between the dealer and after-sales service network. Their mission is to identify emerging quality issues and contribute to continuous product improvement to deliver an exceptional experience for dealers and customers. YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO: Act as a technical point of reference for product-related matters for the dealer network and internal stakeholders Monitor and coordinate product quality concerns by analyzing reports from the dealer network and identifying emerging trends and issues. Collaborate closely with Product Support, Product Performance & Quality, Service and Engineering teams to support investigations, problem-solving activities and continuous product improvement. Develop, maintain and communicate technical documentation, service guides, FAQs and support materials related to new product introductions and ongoing enhancements. Support aftersales teams by sharing best practices, providing guidance and ensuring high-quality data collection and reporting. Deliver structured analyses and recommendations that enable timely, data-driven decision making. Contribute to an enhanced dealer and customer experience through responsiveness, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement of product support processes. YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES: Minimum 5 years relevant experience in a technical position, Powerport or relevant industry Relevant education and experience in product support, technical service, quality, aftersales operations or a similar coordination role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends, root causes and improvement opportunities. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to various audiences. Strong collaboration and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple functions and levels of the organization. Technical curiosity, initiative and a proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. Do you have other qualifications?
