We are looking for a Receiving/Shipping Agent to join the marshalling yard team, reporting to the marshalling yard logistics supervisor, with the mandate to help us with invoicing for vehicle receipts and shipments and coordinating with local and international carriers. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will have a direct impact on the smooth flow of our supply chain and the experience we offer our customers. YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO: Ensure compliance of carriers on site (C-TPAT, health and safety, etc.). Support international sales administration (Valcourt, Querétaro, Juárez). Manage and invoice vehicle shipments to international markets. Carry out inventory of stock and non-stock receipts. Prepare orders and produce the required documentation for parcel shipments. YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES: A college diploma or equivalent relevant experience. The ability to communicate tactfully and diplomatically, and strong organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams). Knowledge of SAP S/4 and accreditation for shipping hazardous materials. (Asset) Excellent command of French and English, both spoken and written (4/5), to communicate with non-French-speaking carriers and partners.
