This role provides a comprehensive management information reporting and people data analysis service to inform and support the University’s people and organisational strategies. You will be educated to degree level or equivalent and have an understanding of relevant legislation, frameworks and good practice relating to people data and reporting. You will be highly proficient in extracting data from IT systems into Excel and using that data to produce summary reports, charts, and dashboards. You will be a confident user of advanced Excel functions, including pivot tables. In addition to strong Excel skills, you will have experience of managing, analysing, and interpreting large and complex data sets, and providing clear commentary and recommendations based on your findings. Excellent written communication skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, are essential, as is the ability to work independently and manage conflicting deadlines.
