Reporting to the Chief Technologist, you will provide general radiology services (including but not limited to providing x-ray examinations and patient care). How do I qualify? Required: * Three (3) year Community College Diploma in Medical Radiation Technology. * Registered with the College of Medical Radiation Technologists of Ontario (CMRTO) * Registered with the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists (CAMRT) * Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) Level C certificate Preferred: * Experience in general radiography with infants to frail elderly * Fluent in French and English What skills should I possess to succeed in the role? * Excellent interpersonal skills. * Able to work independently without supervision. * Familiarity with the provisions of the Healing Arts Radiation Protection Act * Advanced computer skills. * Advanced knowledge of medical terminology. Requirements
Candidates must hold a three-year Community College Diploma in Medical Radiation Technology and be registered with the CMRTO and CAMRT. A valid Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR Level C certificate is also required for this position.
