Supply Chain Analyst Mississauga, ON / Full-time (Hybrid) Pay rate $58,338 - $77,784 Your responsibilities Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for the detailed sales forecast, procurement of finished good product, and inventory control according to business plan targets. This person is the main point of contact for Sales, Marketing, Production, and Accounting/Finance for product availability and inventory control. Job Function Analyzes historical sales figures; works closely with sales and product marketing to determine fluctuations in sales and promotional activity; makes necessary forecast adjustments as needed based on current sales trends. Adheres to a 92% customer order/delivery fulfillment rate; monitors incoming goods and oversees allocation to the customer; ensures un-forecasted customers adhere to standard production/transit lead times. Creates and maintains daily and weekly reports (Inventory, obsolete stock, project tracking, back orders, B-grade, etc.). Uploading forecast for overseas imports and direct contact with factories for fulfilment. Creates purchase orders and monitors their production and shipping fulfillments. Manage builder quotes, orders, shipments, transitions and sales reporting. Mange Product Phase-ins / Phase-outs. Monitor daily inbound / outbound reports. Generate and analyze National Account reports and processes. Work with the North American planning team and help with their planning tasks when necessary. Manage showroom and special event orders and inventory. Assist in process improvements within all of the Supply Chain Departments. Assist in staff training. Assist in Warehouse special projects (Bundling, Re-works, etc.) Assist in managing Product Returns / RMA: manage product returns / ensure confirmation and clearance of open RMA / provide documentation, analysis for return reasons and amount of returns as well as generate measures for reduction of product returns. Assist in entering and managing the direct to customer order process. Performs all other duties as assigned. Your Profile High-School Diploma – Required Bachelor in Commerce/Logistics/Supply Chain Management – Required 0-2 Demand and forecast Planning - Required High level of Mathematical knowledge (University level) Travel Percentage – 10% Analytical, detail and result oriented. Highly skilled in Excel. Language skills: English. SAP R/3 experience is desired. Excellent interpersonal, computer and organizational skills.
