Job details

• Post-secondary education in business admin, accounting, or finance (degree/diploma/cert). • Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP). • Project forecast and actual budget management. • Vendor invoice validation against contracts + ERP payment processing (SAP/1GX/Oracle). • Canadian public sector accounting standards (PSAS) or equivalent. • SAP and Ariba contract workspace management — the differentiating must-have. • Accounting systems: processes, budgets, internal controls; accurate figure/record management. Differentiators (3 yrs each): FAA/FOIP/Public Works Act knowledge, vendor contract drafting/management, audit-requirements and remediation work, IT accounting, cost-model/pricing risk evaluation, process documentation.
