Additional certifications such as PMP is an asset. Core Responsibilities Support project management teams with various tasks throughout the project lifecycle Track and manage paperwork, and upload documentation to Procore as required Monitor project progress and budgets to ensure milestones are met Assist the Project Manager in creating and maintaining project schedules Prepare, issue, and manage purchase orders on Procore after approval Coordinate vendor and supplier communications, verify lead times, and confirm quotes Review and verify subcontractor quotes, and ensure accurate project scope coverage Monitor material orders, ensuring timeliness and accuracy before procurement Help with the review and distribution of project shop drawings to consultants and clients for approval Manage and update all project documents through Procore Participate in site visits, planning meetings, and project meetings, capturing key project updates and taking notes Coordinate pick-ups and deliveries for materials Assist with permitting processes, including working with local municipalities for permit requests Create startup materials and project close-out documentation Assist with managing and tracking change orders and time-loss logs Provide documentation and track deficiencies during and after the project What We Value: admire constructive thinkers. value trust and transparency. believe it's the little details that make for exceptional customer experience. establish a successful culture from the inside out.
