À titre de Gestionnaire de projets, vous piloterez les projets de bâtiments sous votre charge, de l'octroi du contrat jusqu'à la livraison finale, en respectant le budget et l'échéancier. VOS RESPONSABILITÉS AU QUOTIDIEN Analyser les besoins et définir l'envergure des travaux dès l'octroi du contrat. Élaborer et optimiser l'échéancier des activités. Gérer les sous-traitants et les commandes de matériel. Participer aux rencontres de coordination avec les départements, clients et consultants. Identifier et gérer les changements et les risques de dépassement. Coordonner les disciplines et soutenir les autres chargés de projets. Estimer les coûts des extras et avis de changement, et préparer les demandes de budget. Coordonner les appels d'offres et contrôler les travaux des entrepreneurs. Assurer la santé et sécurité sur les chantiers. Être le gardien de la portée des travaux, du budget et de l'échéancier. LE PROFIL RECHERCHÉ DEC ou baccalauréat dans un domaine technique (mécanique du bâtiment, instrumentation et contrôle ou équivalent). Minimum 5 ans d'expérience pertinente au Canada, dont 3 à 5 ans en gestion de projets. Bonne connaissance des systèmes CVAC et excellente lecture de plans et devis. À l'aise avec la suite Microsoft Office. Permis de conduire valide et capacité à se déplacer sur les chantiers. Français maîtrisé; anglais avancé (usage occasionnel). Requirements

Requires a technical DEC or bachelor's degree in building mechanics, instrumentation and controls, or an equivalent field, plus at least five years of relevant Canadian experience, including three to five years in project management. Candidates need strong HVAC knowledge, excellent plan and specification reading skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, a valid driver's license, advanced English, fluent French, legal authorization to work in Canada, and the ability to obtain a reliability clearance.
