With the recent addition of our NEW electrical division, we are seeking a driven and passionate Master Electrician to take on the pivotal role of Electrical Service Manager. The Role: Act as a Master on record for the company Price electrical service work and generate BOM’s Work with the internal recruitment team to hire Foremen, Journeymen, and Apprentices as required to build an electrical field team Execute work in the field, on tools, as required in order to build the foundational team Establish electrical service rate sheet Build relationships with electrical wholesalers Work with purchasing to establish electrical supply chain and processes Work with finance team to build budget and forecasting processes Implement and maintain safety protocols Provide mentorship to field staff Qualifications: Licenced 309A or 442A, and Master Electrician 8+ years of industrial experience 5+ years of quoting and estimating experience Proven experience leading, mentoring, and developing electricians across multiple levels Experience managing service operations, including scheduling, job costing, and profitability Strong communication skills with the ability to represent the company professionally in all interactions Proficient with the Ontario Electrical Safety Code and ESA requirements Highly organized with effective time management Valid driver’s licence with a clean record What We Offer: A Place in Our Growth Story: With our electrical division being new, the ideal candidate will collaborate closely with our management team to build electrical infrastructure from the ground up Diverse Projects & Industries: From London to the GTA, we work across various sectors, offering installations, repair and maintenance, instrumentation, and general troubleshooting Competitive Compensation: A wage that reflects and rewards skills, experience, and dedication Comprehensive Benefits: Including drug, dental, vision, and RRSP matching Generous Perks: Branded work apparel, personalized coveralls, safety gear, annual boot allowance, company events, and generous referral programs 24/7 Shop Access: Our expansive, 11,000sqft shop offers around-the-clock access to the materials and space needed to continue honing your skills and develop your team What’s Our Difference? What you’ll do

Requirements

Candidates must be licensed 309A or 442A, and a Master Electrician with 8+ years of industrial experience. They should also have proven experience in leading and mentoring electricians and managing service operations.
