Design, fabricate, test, and integrate structural components, mounts, actuators, and mechanical assemblies for 15-foot and 35-foot vessels, using SolidWorks and hands-on prototyping. Support prototype assembly, troubleshooting, supplier coordination, field deployment, and maritime crew operations while ensuring systems meet durability, safety, and operational requirements.

Own the design, fabrication, testing, and deployment of structural assemblies, actuation mechanisms, and electromechanical subsystems for prototype vessels, from CAD through field integration. Lead a team of approximately five engineers through a rapid build sprint and participate in troubleshooting, sea trials, and ocean deployments.
