Job summary
The Warehouse Receiver is responsible for accurately receiving, inspecting, and documenting inbound products while maintaining an organized and safe warehouse environment. Responsibilities * Follow Bunzl standard operating procedures, safety guidelines, and operational best practices. * Complete cycle counts, activity walks, and empty-bin walks daily. * Meet Bunzl Standard KPI Goals. * Receive and verify inbound shipments against purchase orders and documentation. Inspect shipments for accuracy, damage, and proper documentation. * Safely unload materials using appropriate warehouse equipment. Label, sort, and stage materials in designated locations. * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving area. * Support other warehouse functions as required. Requirements * Previous warehouse and forklift operation experience. * High school diploma or equivalent. * Ability to lift 25kg to 55+ lbs. and perform repeated physical tasks. * Ability to work at heights up to 26 feet (training provided). * Ability to work safely in accordance with company safety policies and applicable occupational health and safety legislation * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Dependable, punctual, and a strong team player. * RF scanner experience is an asset.
