Your main responsibilities are: Preparation and shipment of sampling containers to clients in an organized and professional manner respecting the client’s deadline; Maintenance and organization of the back warehouse section; Working with project managers to ensure customer satisfaction; Follow the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) established by Bureau Veritas Laboratories for the preparation of bottle orders and cleaning of coolers; Responsible for tracking the daily inventory of consumables required for bottle orders; Adhere to and participate with all quality assurance policies and procedures of the organization; Other responsibilities assigned by the supervisor or team leader; Back up driver when necessary (if valid driver’s license). You are an ideal candidate if you: Have a high school diploma; Have computer knowledge (strong asset); Are able to lift weight going up to 50lbs.; Are organized, motivated and have a positive outlook. Work conditions: Work schedule: Monday to Friday 9AM to 5PM; You need to be available for overtime during the peak season (1-2h/day) from May to December; Please note that flexibility for overtime is required to meet business needs. It's important to note that overtime is not optional in this role. You will be expected to work the additional hours as directed by your supervisor, even if the need arises unexpectedly on a given day; Status: Full time, 37.5h/week. #IND5
