Job Title: JIRA Support Specialist Location: Toronto, Canada (Onsite) Experience: 5+ years Contract: 12 months plus Job Description: We are looking for a JIRA Support Specialist to support project management teams with JIRA reporting, dashboard development, Confluence administration, and PMO transformation activities. Mandatory Skills: Strong experience with JIRA administration and support. Complex JQL (JIRA Query Language) queries. Creating and maintaining JIRA dashboards and reports. Creating and managing Confluence pages. Desired Skills: Power BI reporting and dashboards. Power Apps. Project Management / PMO support experience.

Requirements

Requires 5+ years of experience with JIRA administration and support, complex JQL queries, and creating and maintaining JIRA dashboards and reports. Experience with Confluence page management is mandatory; Power BI, Power Apps, and project management or PMO support experience are desired.
