Job summary
Key Responsibilities 1. Sales Training Design and Delivery Design and deliver engaging in-person, virtual, and hybrid training programs for dealer sales, service, and management teams. Conduct regular dealer visits across Canada to provide product, sales, customer experience, and operational training. 2. Content development and Localization Develop and localize training materials, including presentations, facilitator guides, and digital learning resources, to meet Canadian market needs. 3. Training Needs Analysis & Outcome Examination Partner with dealer teams and internal stakeholders to identify training needs and develop targeted learning solutions. Evaluate training effectiveness through prticipant feedback, assessments, and relevant KPIs, and provide regular reports to the Canadian team and HQ. 4. Training System Operation and Resource Management Manage the operation of Learning Management System in Canada. and promptly update HQ to ensure consistent and accurate information across all customer touchpoints. Support the rollout of global training initiatives, maintain alignment with HQ standards, and build strong relationships with dealer stakeholders. Qualifications and Skills 1. At least 2 years of experience in automotive retail, dealer training, sales training, or a related learning and development role. 2. Strong understanding of the Canadian automotive retail and dealer environment; experience with new energy vehicles is an asset. 3. Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills; able to work effectively in a cross-cultural environment. 4. Fully professional English and French proficiency. Willingness and ability to travel frequently across Canada is required. 5. Valid Canadian work status (Work Permit / Permanent Resident / Citizen). Valid driver’s license in Canada.

Requirements
