In this role, you will use spray guns and related tools and equipment to apply paint, stain, and other finishes to cabinetry and cabinet components. As part of our production team, you will help ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality, appearance, and durability. A pivotal role in a large team The successful candidate will contribute to the success of the company by assuming the following responsibilities: Apply paint and other finishes to cabinets and components using a spray gun, following established techniques and processes to match provided colour samples. Meet quality, productivity, and scheduling standards safely and efficiently. Ensure cabinets, materials, and components are complete, compliant, and finished on time. Identify and report defects or inconsistencies in materials, components, or finishes. Represent, support, and uphold the company’s Core Values and Management Philosophy. Qualifications To successfully meet this challenge, we are looking for a person driven by the values of respect, teamwork, commitment, and pride with the following qualifications: Experience painting cabinetry, wood products, or similar materials (Asset). Knowledge of wood types, stains, varnishes, paints, and other finishing materials (Asset). Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs (23 kg). Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods. Manual dexterity and strong hand-eye coordination.
