A pivotal role in a great team The successful candidate will contribute to the company's success by assuming the following responsibilities: Promote and enforce occupational health and safety practices, and ensure the maintenance of a respectful work environment aligned with Cabico’s values and management philosophy. Act as a manager, coach, leader, and change agent, and serve as a credible partner for your team members in collaboration with the operations management team. Encourage teamwork and inspire employees to innovate through new ideas. Ensure adherence to our high standards of quality and production timelines (lead time), and support our commitment to operational excellence. Achieve productivity targets and follow the production plan for your department. Conduct floor walks to monitor the overall performance of your sector. Manage priorities in collaboration with support teams (customer service, planning, product engineering, quality assurance, continuous improvement, maintenance, etc.). Follow up on back orders and ensure exemplary customer service. Lead daily production follow-up meetings with a customer-focused perspective. Manage human resources and daily assignments within your department. Conduct audits within your department. Manage the WIP (Work in Progress) of your department with a global perspective. Participate in continuous improvement projects within your department. Perform any other tasks aimed at adding value to our operations. On a day-to-day basis, she will work closely with colleagues who share the same goals of success Patrick, Operation Director, collaborative and efficient; And other motivated colleagues. Requirements
