Role Description The Driver/Mover contract role is a hybrid position based in Calgary, AB. Day-to-day responsibilities include safely operating moving trucks, loading and unloading household and commercial goods, and ensuring items are protected and handled with care. The Driver/Mover will follow scheduled routes, assist with packing and unpacking when required, and complete basic documentation such as inventories and delivery confirmations. The role also involves direct interaction with customers on-site, providing professional, courteous service and addressing basic questions or concerns. Qualifications Safe vehicle operation skills, including Truck Driving experience and familiarity with Truck loading and unloading procedures. Valid 5 Full Class or equivalent commercial driver’s license and a clean driving record. Strong Communication abilities to coordinate with team members, supervisors, and customers. Customer Service skills to provide respectful, professional support during residential and commercial moves. Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, carrying, and maneuvering furniture and heavy items. Attention to detail and basic problem-solving skills to protect belongings and address on-site challenges. Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings as needed. Previous moving, logistics, or delivery experience is an asset; familiarity with local Calgary routes is beneficial.

Requirements
