As Strategic, Creative, And Agile Partners And Storytellers, The Communications Team Develops, Implements, And Executes Internal And External Communications Activities That Proactively Contribute to the business’ success Engage and connect employees Strengthen the reputation of CAE and its brand and Propel our high-tech evolution Description As part of the Communications team, you will support a variety of communications, employee engagement, and event initiatives that help connect employees across the organization. Main Mandate Plan, coordinate, and deliver employee engagement initiatives and corporate events of varying scale, including large, complex events involving multiple stakeholders Coordinate event logistics, timelines, suppliers, registrations, budgets, and on-site support to ensure a seamless employee experience Additional Tasks Support Communications Advisors in the implementation of company-wide communication channels and vehicles, online and offline Draft and coordinate content for a variety of communications channels and tools Complete other tasks, as required Minimum Qualifications A Bachelor’s degree and 2-5 years experience in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing Communications, event planning or related discipline Experience in communications planning and project management Experience supporting corporate events, employee engagement initiatives, or large-scale projects Bilingual in French and in English with excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills Preferred Qualifications Ability to manage multiple stakeholders. suppliers and projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, creativity, and problem-solving skills Benefits Group Insurance Telemedicine Employee and Family Assistance Program Employee Stock Purchase Plan Group RRSP CAE Pension Plan/Defined Benefit Plan Sabbatical Leave Flex Time Enhanced Parental Leave About CAE At CAE, our mission is clear: to help make the world a safer place.
