Senior Pricing Analyst Location: Hybrid – various location options in AB, ON or QC Salary: $90,000–$120,000 + Bonus and robust benefits package Schedule: In-office with Friday remote Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Pricing Analyst to support strategic pricing initiatives, drive profitability, and identify opportunities for business growth within environmental, recycling or waste management industry sectors. This role requires a strong analytical background, commercial awareness, and the ability to lead pricing projects from analysis through implementation. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with advanced financial and business analysis skills, excellent communication abilities, and proven experience implementing pricing strategies and driving change. Key Responsibilities Analyze financial, operational, and competitive data to develop effective pricing strategies. Evaluate and optimize pricing structures to improve profitability and business performance. Lead pricing initiatives, including price adjustments, implementation, and change management. Develop advanced reporting and profitability analysis to support business decisions. Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and other internal teams on pricing strategies and execution. Provide pricing insights, recommendations, and guidance to internal stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. Minimum 5 years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, business analysis, or a related discipline. Advanced analytical skills with strong financial and statistical capabilities. Proven ability to manage projects and successfully implement business initiatives. Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in the waste management or environmental services industry is highly desirable. Bilingualism in English and French is an asset. Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and contribute at a senior level. Candidates should have strong analytical, financial, statistical, project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills; experience in environmental services or waste management is highly desirable.
