Process voluntary corporate action elections and entitlements, including complex and high-risk events, while supporting the end-to-end corporate action lifecycle. Perform cash and stock reconciliations, maintain operational controls, identify and escalate risks, and coordinate with trading desks, operations teams, and external counterparties.

Identify and assess automation opportunities in Fraud Operations, document requirements and process flows, and coordinate delivery with business teams, developers, IT, and vendors. Manage project plans, testing, deployment readiness, change management, and transition of automation solutions into ongoing operations.

Review and track reorganization corporate action events, interpret event terms and deadlines, and collect, validate, and route client or advisor instructions. Coordinate with internal teams, investigate discrepancies, maintain accurate records, and validate post-event account updates and entitlements.

The Deal Specialist is responsible for reviewing legal documentation, structuring deal terms in LoanIQ, and managing collateral and compliance requirements. They also provide guidance to junior staff and ensure the timely processing of loan closing packages to minimize risk.
