We are looking to attract a strong, high-caliber Asset Servicing/Corporate Actions contractor to join our NAM team. Our focus is on finding someone with the right combination of relevant experience, technical knowledge, and hands-on expertise who can step into the role and contribute quickly. Below are the primary qualifications and experience we are looking for each role: 3–5+ years of Voluntary Corporate Actions experience within a broker-dealer, investment bank, or asset servicing environment, with a strong understanding of the end-to-end corporate action lifecycle. Strong knowledge of voluntary elections and arbitrage events, including processing elections, entitlements, and managing complex/high-risk corporate action events. Risk and reconciliation expertise, including cash/stock reconciliations, identifying operational risk, maintaining controls, and escalating issues appropriately. Ability to work in a fast-paced trading environment, managing high event volumes, strict market deadlines, and daily interaction with trading desks, operations teams, and external counterparties. Strong analytical and technology skills, including proficiency in Excel and corporate action platforms (DTC/CDS/BPS preferred), with an interest in automation, AI, and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Candidates should have reconciliation and risk-control expertise, be comfortable with high event volumes and strict deadlines, and demonstrate strong analytical and technology skills, including Excel and preferably DTC, CDS, or BPS platforms.
