Job summary
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our growing team as a Warehouse Lead at our Edmonton Fasteners & Tools Ltd. Branch. As the Warehouse Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory management and the timely and efficient receiving and shipping of products. Additionally, your strong problem-solving abilities, coupled with exceptional leadership skills, will contribute to your success in this role. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods. * Manage and mentor warehouse staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. * Develop and implement a warehouse management system * Monitor inventory levels, accuracy and implement process improvements. * Collaborate with other departments to meet operational goals and deadlines. * The Manager may assign additional responsibilities based on business needs. Qualifications: * Minimum 4 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management. * Strong leadership and department team management skills. * Exceptional communication, excellent organizational, and problem-solving skills. * Proficiency in inventory management systems and MS Office. * Knowledge of workplace safety standards. * Experience managing inventory, warehousing and day-to-day operations. * Ability to inspire and lead a diverse team to achieve shared goals. * Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. * Must have valid driver’s license and own vehicle. Requirements
Requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management with strong leadership skills. Must possess a valid driver's license, own vehicle, and proficiency in MS Office and inventory systems.
