The CRPCN is located in the south and eastern rural area surrounding Calgary. Our family physicians and nurse practitioners work in one of 14 communities across the PCN. As of January 2026, the CRPCN has 166 physicians, 9 nurse practitioners, and 4 specialists for a total of 179 active members who provide care to over 115,000 patients. We have 42 primary care clinics (Patient Medical Homes) across the catchment where our members provide primary care services, as well as 7 other sites where members work including community hospitals, urgent care facilities, continuing care sites, and hospice.
