The Catering Setup Crew Member is responsible for the precise and timely setup and teardown of banquet rooms and event spaces according to floor plans. They will collaborate with the team to move furniture, equipment, and décor while ensuring all event spaces are clean and ready for guests.

The catering server and bartender will set up event spaces, prepare and serve beverages, and deliver food according to organizational standards. They are also responsible for monitoring inventory, maintaining a clean work environment, and ensuring compliance with liquor laws.

The dishwasher is responsible for maintaining the sanitation and cleanliness of the kitchen, utensils, and storage areas. They also assist with food preparation under the direction of the culinary team.

The Animal Care Technician is responsible for daily animal husbandry, including diet preparation, health monitoring, and habitat maintenance. They also participate in behavioral enrichment programs and assist with veterinary procedures while ensuring compliance with AZA standards.
