Position Overview The Site Manager is the mobile on-site operational lead responsible for managing stocktaking activities, supervising field teams, coordinating with DND personnel, and ensuring successful completion of assigned task authorizations. Responsibilities Lead on-site project execution. Supervise contractor personnel. Coordinate daily stocktaking operations. Liaise with local DND representatives. Manage resource scheduling and productivity. Resolve operational issues and escalations. Monitor inventory management processes. Prepare weekly progress reports. Prepare task completion reports. Deliver final project briefings. Ensure quality, safety and compliance. Qualifications Highschool or post-secondary graduation Eligible for Reliability Status and/or Secret Clearance 3+ years supervising 5+ personnel in supply or material management environments. 3+ years supply and material management experience. 3+ years SAP Material Management Module and/or DRMIS experience.
