Job Type: Casual Position Overview Calian is a trusted partner to employers across the country who require psychological assessments of their prospective employees who may be entering into high-risk roles or roles that require the use of a firearm. Our team of Clinician Psychologists conduct in person interviews with prospective employers, but first these individuals need to write psychological assessment exams. Responsibilities We are looking for a Test Administrator to manage testing for small to medium sized groups of individuals at a variety of locations across the city. This role will involve preparing testing materials, providing detailed instructions to candidates writing the tests, and monitoring the test while in progress. We are looking for reliable and organized individuals who would be available to take on this work. Shifts will vary based on the number of candidates being tested in your city. We anticipate no more than 3 to 4 eight-hour shifts per month, on an as and when needed basis. Qualifications Degree in Psychology, or similar degree, is a very strong asset Valid driver’s license and access to a private vehicle is required Previous experience administering tests or invigilating exams to groups is a strong asset Must be fully fluent in English. Must be available for weekday, daytime shifts (Mon to Fri). No weekend shifts. Must be eligible for PSPC (Public Services and Procurement Canada) reliability security clearance Comfortable using Excel Additional Requirements Contract: Casual – Flexible Hours! Requirements

A psychology or similar degree and prior experience administering tests or invigilating group exams are strong assets. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and private vehicle, be fully fluent in English, be available for weekday daytime shifts, be eligible for PSPC reliability security clearance, and be comfortable using Excel.
