We provide hands-on training and a clear path toward becoming a future Cabinet Installer.Job DescriptionWhat You’ll Be DoingThink of yourself as the person who helps bring every project to life.Some days you’ll be in our shop preparing materials and supporting production. Other days you’ll be out on installation sites, helping transform our clients’ homes.Your day may include:In the Shop / Warehouse• Receiving, unloading, and organizing cabinetry and hardware shipments • Inspecting materials for damage, accuracy, and quality • Staging and preparing materials for upcoming installation jobs • Supporting inventory counts and maintaining an organized workspace • Assisting with production tasks such as drawers, hardware, and componentsOn Installation Sites• Assisting installers with loading, unloading, and job site setup • Moving, organizing, and preparing materials during installations • Learning installation techniques, tools, and processes firsthand • Helping maintain a clean, safe, and efficient job site • Supporting a premium “White Glove” customer experienceQualificationsWho You AreYou might be the perfect fit if: • You enjoy physical, hands-on work • You like learning practical skills and working with tools • You’re reliable and show up ready to work • You take pride in doing quality work • You enjoy working as part of a team • You want a job with long term growth potential • hold a valid class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving recordExperience in construction, cabinetry, warehouse work, or installations is a bonus—but attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn matter most.Additional InformationWhy You’ll Love It HereYou’ll Get:• $22–$26 per hour based on experience • Consistent full-time hours with regular year-round work • Overtime opportunities based on workload • Paid vacation, holidays, and sick time • Extended health and dental benefits • Health Spending Account after 3 months • On-site parking • Paid hands-on training and skill development You’ll Also Get Something MoreThe satisfaction of seeing your work come to life.You’ll help build custom spaces that make a real difference in people’s homes and daily lives. What you’ll do

Support the production of custom storage solutions by preparing materials in the shop and assisting with installations at client homes. Responsibilities include unloading shipments, staging materials, and maintaining a clean, safe job site.

Requirements

Candidates must be reliable, enjoy hands-on physical work, and possess a valid class 5 driver's license with a clean record. Previous experience in construction or cabinetry is a bonus, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are prioritized.
