Each Cameron Stephens deal is subject to rigorous analysis that includes independent property inspections and appraisals; cost consultancy; environmental, legal and insurance counsel; and a clearly-defined exit strategy. CURRENT PORTFOLIO IS NOW OVER $1.3 BILLION 20% of this portfolio is invested in private or mezzanine debt. Interest rates range from Prime+1% to 15%.
