The role involves coordinating engineering activities with project teams, suppliers, and key account stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project requirements. The Project Engineer monitors engineering progress, ensures compliance with customer specifications and engineering standards, and supports the release of drawings and BOMs. The role also supports strategic customer accounts, including Mitsubishi, while maintaining the flexibility to assist with additional accounts as business needs evolve. Verify compliance with engineering standards, customer specification, and fabrication capacity of various Systems and Components As a key member of the project team: prepare/discuss drawing delivery schedule with Project Managers and Engineering Manager. Monitor and communicate progress of engineering work, flag and mitigate risks when needed. Ensure coordination between engineering resources assigned to the project (Structural, electrical, acoustics, design etc..) Ensure coordination and communication between the Engineering team and the Key Account team, Prepare necessary transmittals to fabricators/suppliers as needed (Drawings, BOMs, MQPs, procedures, etc...) Review and release production drawings Review and release BOM and other relevant lists for component procurement (electrical and mechanical components) Are you THE person we are looking for? 3-5 years' experience in engineering and project management. Fluent in English and French Familiarity with relevant engineering standards and customer specifications. Awareness of material specifications, packaging requirements, and installation standards. Knowledge of standard parts, data sheets, procurement information, and quality control plans (MQP) Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication and design Knowledge of piping systems and instrumentation selection (pumps, valves, etc..)
