The Innovation, Nicotine, Tobacco, Research, Education, Programming, Implementation and Digital health “INTREPID Lab” (formerly Nicotine Dependence Service) at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) is seeking a full-time, contract Administrative Assistant to support a range of administrative duties for the Lead of our service and overall support for the Lab. Reporting to the Director of the INTREPID Lab, the full-time, contract (12 months) Administrative Assistant will provide senior-level, confidential administrative and clerical support to Lead of CAMH’s INTREPID Lab and provide administrative support across the service. The position requires a high degree of confidentiality and discretion. An integral part of this job is liaising effectively with both internal and external stakeholders and being comfortable working with people and systems within and outside of CAMH such as health care or educational institutions, government departments and others. Requirements
Candidates must possess a post-secondary certificate or diploma and 3-5 years of senior-level or academic administrative experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for this position.
