What you’ll do

Lead the organization's labour relations, occupational health and safety, and legal counsel strategies within a highly unionized healthcare setting. Advise senior leadership on workforce strategy, manage collective bargaining, and oversee workplace investigations and legal compliance.

Requirements

Requires a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) or Juris Doctor (JD) and membership in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario. Candidates need 6-10 years of progressive experience in labour relations, employment law, and OHS, preferably within the healthcare or public sector.
