Job summary
The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) is currently seeking a full-time, permanent Quality Improvement Consultant, Quality and Patient Safety. Reporting to the Director, Quality, Experience and Patient Safety and working collaboratively with the Medical Director, the Senior Quality Improvement Consultant, the QI Consultant will act as an internal consultant and hands-on change agent, supporting complex quality improvement, patient safety, and operational excellence initiatives. Requirements
Candidates must possess a Lean Green Belt certification and 1-3 years of experience in project management or quality improvement roles. Strong analytical, facilitation, and change management skills are required, along with proficiency in healthcare quality best practices.
