Manage the year-round Muskoka camp facility, ensuring it is safe, well-maintained, compliant, and ready for programs, rentals, and events. Lead seasonal facilities staff, coordinate maintenance and vendors, maintain operational records and reports, and support site planning and program logistics.

Lead the organization's technology operations, focusing on infrastructure, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and end-user support. Manage vendor partnerships and MSPs to ensure secure, scalable, and reliable technology services aligned with organizational growth.
