You will work closely with business, operations, finance, technology and management teams to transform data into meaningful insights and support business performance. Key Responsibilities: Gather, analyse and interpret business and operational data. Create and maintain BI reports, dashboards and data visualisations. Support business reporting and performance measurement initiatives. Work with stakeholders to understand reporting and analytical requirements. Write and maintain basic to intermediate SQL queries for data analysis and reporting. Clean, validate and reconcile data from multiple sources. Identify trends, patterns and opportunities through data analysis. Support KPI development, tracking and performance reporting. Assist with data modelling and preparation for reporting solutions. Collaborate with business and technical teams to improve reporting processes. Troubleshoot data and reporting issues and assist with resolution.
