Responsibilities Gather, analyse and document business requirements. Translate business needs into user stories and functional specifications. Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators and Developers to deliver CRM solutions. Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements. Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement and UAT. Create process flows, BRDs and functional documentation.
