The Role We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse or Advanced Care Paramedic on a full-time basis. This unique position involves providing on-site medical care and support to employees as well as ensuring a safe and healthy working environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational health and safety, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in an industrial setting. Key Accountabilities/ Responsibilities Provide immediate medical attention for work-related injuries and illnesses. Conduct regular health assessments and wellness screenings. Administer first aid, CPR, and emergency care as needed. Promote and support wellness programs aimed at improving overall employee health. Collaborate with management and HR on employee health-related issues. Participate in safety committee meetings and provide health-related insights and recommendations. Administrative duties as assigned. What You Bring To be successful in the role: Valid CPR certification. Registered Nurse or Advanced Care Paramedic certification. Experience in occupational health or an industrial setting is considered an asset. Strong knowledge of OH&S regulations and workplace safety standards is an asset Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and make sound medical decisions in a fast-paced environment. Requirements
